Shipping & Restrictive Sales Policy
Cross-Current Precision Armory complies with all federal, state, and local laws. Due to the complex nature of firearm and ammunition regulations, we do not ship certain products to jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
By placing an order, the buyer affirms they are of legal age and are in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and possession of the items ordered.
1. General Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship any products to the following locations:
International Addresses (US Sales Only)
US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands)
PO Boxes (For any ammunition or firearm shipments)
Washington D.C.
2. State-Specific Firearm & Magazine Restrictions
The following states have restrictions on specific items (such as high-capacity magazines, "assault weapons," or certain types of ammunition). We will not ship non-compliant items to these states:
California: No magazines over 10 rounds. No "Assault Weapons" as defined by CA law. All ammunition must ship to a licensed FFL or Ammunition Vendor.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds. (Special restrictions apply to Boulder County, Vail, and Denver).
Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds. A valid CT Carry Permit or Ammunition Certificate is required for all ammunition and magazine purchases.
Delaware: No magazines over 17 rounds. No "Assault Weapons" as defined by DE law.
Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds. No ammunition shipments (due to air freight restrictions).
Illinois: * Cook County / Chicago: No firearm or ammunition sales.
Statewide: FOID card and State ID must be on file before shipping ammunition. No magazines over 10 rounds for long guns / 15 rounds for handguns.
Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds. No "Assault Weapons" as defined by MD law.
Massachusetts: No firearm or ammunition sales. No magazines over 10 rounds.
New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds. Firearms ID (FID) required for ammunition purchases.
New York: * NYC (5 Boroughs): No ammunition, firearms, or airgun sales.
Statewide: No magazines over 10 rounds. All ammunition must ship to a licensed FFL or registered Seller of Ammunition.
Oregon: (Current restrictions pending litigation; orders may be canceled if compliance cannot be verified at the time of shipping).
Rhode Island: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for long guns / 15 rounds for handguns.
Washington State: No "Assault Weapons" or "Assault Weapon" parts (threaded barrels, etc.) as defined by WA law. No magazines over 10 rounds.
3. Ammunition Shipping
All ammunition must be shipped via Ground service.
You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle/shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
Restricted States for Ammo: AK, CA, CT, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY. (Specific documentation or FFL transfer required as noted above).
4. Order Cancellations
If an order is placed for a restricted item in a restricted jurisdiction, Cross-Current Precision Armory reserves the right to cancel the order. Canceled orders may be subject to a restocking fee to cover administrative and merchant processing costs.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to know their local laws. Laws change frequently, and the list above may not be exhaustive. If you are unsure if an item is legal in your area, please consult your local FFL or legal counsel before purchasing.
